trabajo en el aeropuerto internacional de phuket y tengo la intención de comprar un condominio a un precio razonable. desde que encontré este proyecto, que ahora está en construcción y se realizará pronto. estoy deseando que. el proyecto es impresionante y moderno. además, el proyecto cuenta con todas las comodidades básicas. una piscina, gimnasio, jardín y estacionamiento están disponibles. en primer lugar, planeé comprar un estudio. pero como los precios son bastante similares, decidí comprar una unidad de 1 dormitorio de 34 metros cuadrados. está cerca del aeropuerto. el entorno es tranquilo y sombreado. fui a la sala de muestras y quedé satisfecho con lo que vi. el personal del proyecto es amable y servicial. es fácil decidir comprar una habitación en este proyecto según la primera impresión.

we like this project! it is the new modern villa in thai-balinese style. the villas are spacious and have covered parking. there are three bedrooms and a large private pool. the location is close to naithon beach, one of the stunning beaches in phuket. the water is clear and shallow. you can swim comfortably, and the surrounding atmosphere is quiet, suitable for long-term residents. it is recommended for families with young children as near the beach, the airport, and able to take a shortcut drive to phuket town, very convenient. within the project, there is also a 24-hour security system. definitely worth it!

¡mi amigo vive aquí! un proyecto recientemente hermoso en una zona tranquila. es fácil viajar, está cerca de la playa de nai thon y el aeropuerto internacional de phuket está a poca distancia. el ambiente alrededor es agradable para vivir. la tranquilidad y la privacidad son excelentes. la villa tiene 2 dormitorios, completamente amueblados, con un diseño bonito y moderno. me gusta que la sala de estar tenga un área de asientos hundidos. en el interior, la villa dispone también de piscina; hace mucho frío. los vecinos son respetuosos y también tienen un alto sistema de seguridad. pero viajar de noche da un poco de miedo porque el proyecto está ubicado en un callejón bastante profundo. casi no pude encontrar una salida. ja ja

every unit here offers a sea view. plus, there is a 7% to 10-year guarantee contract, suitable for investment. although the project is not yet complete at this time, many investors are interested in it. it is a condo with a height of only 3 floors, and i think it should be non-crowded. there is also a shuttle bus service to many places. here, it's a good location and easy to travel everywhere located next to nai yang beach and only 5 kilometers from the airport.

the project is currently under construction, but i have already visited the location and the sample room. the project is located on a hill with a very peaceful and livable atmosphere, suitable for families that love privacy. besides, the project has a guaranteed return for 10 years, which is very interesting. close to the airport, drive about 15 minutes. the project facilities are varied from a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and restaurants. plus, the project's location is just next to the beach. i think the investment here is very worthwhile as well.

i'm waiting for the project to be completed. i've seen the sample project, and it is beautiful. the atmosphere is nice, close to nature, and offers a beautiful sea view. it is also close to naiyang beach. the project is luxury, comprising a clubhouse, dining room, a communal gym, an infinity-edge pool, where i can relax comfortably. to buy the room here is nice as we can get the 6% guaranteed rental yield and 30 days complimentary. in general, i love this project, and i will wait until it is complete, and i will decide to buy it again. all in all, it is such an interesting project.

tuve la oportunidad de alquilar este condominio todos los días. al principio, no tenía la intención de estar aquí, pero tenía un vuelo temprano en la mañana del día siguiente, así que quiero encontrar un lugar que no esté lejos del aeropuerto. desde este lugar, se tarda sólo 5 minutos en coche hasta el aeropuerto. cuando me quedé aquí, lamento no haber podido quedarme aquí más tiempo porque la habitación aquí es muy cómoda. no es tan estrecho o me hace sentir incómodo. es limpio y nuevo. dentro del proyecto, hay un gimnasio y una piscina. se tarda menos de 10 minutos en caminar hasta la playa de nai yang, lo cual es muy conveniente. la próxima vez, definitivamente regresaré para quedarme nuevamente.

el proyecto aún está en construcción, que debería estar terminado en unos 2 años. ya he reservado aquí. creo que merece mucho la pena a un precio asequible. desafortunadamente, el proyecto solo tiene un tipo de habitación disponible, una habitación tipo estudio. no es muy grande, pero está bien decorado en un estilo moderno y bien distribuido. piscina espaciosa. el proyecto también cuenta con un programa de renta garantizada, lo cual es una interesante opción de inversión.

happy place condo is a nice new and clean project, with ample parking. and most importantly, it is close to phuket airport. the neighborhood of the project is quiet, suitable for residents who live here. it is not recommended for tourists because it is far from all amenities such as restaurants, shops, and nightlife. you have to drive for about 5-10 minutes.

this condo is still under construction, and i have already visited the project; it is situated in a beautiful location, overlooking the sea from the accommodation. it is amazing as the project is not completed yet and is expected to be completed in 2021. i asked for the project information and previewed the rooms from the staff, very impressive! all units are quite complete and offer a beautiful view from the room, which is considered worthwhile. the on-site comprises complete facilities, such as an infinity-edge pool, a fitness center, an on-site restaurant, and shuttle bus service. as for the location nestled close to the beach, i can spend time on the beaches, so i decided to book 1 unit already.
