this villa stands out by its stunning design, uniqueness, and very modern. the interior design is also lovely. i am interested in a one-bedroom unit because a studio room is too small for me and the price is not much different. i can get a bigger space with the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. the room is well-proportioned and is fully functioning. the price that they offered does not include the furniture yet; however, there are many options for you to choose from. my room looks like a showroom. it's wonderful. the location is peaceful, and it is only a short walk to layan beach. it is also close to the local community, and there are shops and convenience stores nearby. in addition, it can rent out to others. it is definitely worthwhile!!

this project sounds interesting. it is conveniently located close to phuket international airport and layan beach, one of the most stunning beaches in phuket. the project comes with many facilities such as a lounge, bar, reception, gym, etc. the staff was helpful and very informative. the villa is decorated in modern luxury style, has in-door parking, and a private swimming pool which is quite large compared to other places. the surrounding atmosphere is very peaceful. so private, and i think it is very worthwhile and secured to purchase.

visité la gran inauguración de akara collection layan fase 2; no me decepcionó en absoluto este proyecto. si pensabas que la primera era impresionante, ¡la segunda fase es aún más! además, solo hay 14 unidades en el proyecto, lo cual me gusta. parece la casa de vacaciones de mis sueños. aunque el precio de esta vez es un poco elevado en comparación con una superficie útil de casi 370 metros cuadrados, la inversión merece la pena. además, un ingeniero profesional diseñó la estructura de la villa para que fuera lujosa y duradera. por cierto, la vista de la playa de layan y la atmósfera circundante con árboles es un buen refrigerio durante todo el día. también hay guardias de seguridad las 24 horas. debe considerarse una villa que vale la pena para invertir y vivir: ubicación perfecta cerca de layan beach, banana beach y naithon beach.

acabo de reservar una habitación para este proyecto. es una habitación de un dormitorio, de 46 metros cuadrados, muy espaciosa para dos personas. la decoración es moderna con materiales de calidad. hay instalaciones completas en el proyecto para cada miembro de la familia. mi favorito es un spa, una sauna, un restaurante y un bar, lo cual es genial porque no tienes que salir. el ambiente también es muy sombrío. lo más importante, el precio es de 3 millones, que es muy asequible en comparación con otros proyectos. la ubicación del proyecto no está lejos de la playa de layan; está a solo 10 minutos a pie o 2 minutos en coche. la playa de bang tao también está a solo 700 metros. no puedo esperar a que se complete.

my friend and i stayed in this villa for the party. i can say that this is the best vacation experience of my entire life. the villa is super spacious as there are more than 12 bedrooms in it. the design of this place is extremely luxurious. the villa itself is on a hill facing the sea, giving a relaxing atmosphere. it is also not far from the peaceful layan beach, and it takes only 20 mins driving to the airport. now, this place has become my dream home.

i just had the opportunity to visit this project; it is not far from layan beach and the laguna phuket area. i would say that the project is beautiful and looks very grand. you can see a 180-degree view of layan beach and the lush green mountains surrounding the project. i think the project is tranquil and private, and suitable for people who love nature. there are various facilities as well, including a spa, tennis court, fitness center, swimming pool, and a kids club. the villas are available in different plans, ranging from 3-7 bedrooms. still, all villas have a large private swimming pool with a sea view. the living area of each house is spacious and has a very luxurious design. besides, the furniture has been selected professionally. they look beautiful, matchy, and high quality. yes, i fell in love with this project. it is definitely a dream home for many people.

it's a great experience staying here. the villa is high-end with 12 bedrooms. it's huge and beautifully decorated with a good quality set of furniture. there is a large kitchen with a large dining table, a swimming pool overlooking a stunning view. also, there is a comprehensive activity for everyone. excellent location, close to layan beach, and 20 minutes away from the airport.

este notable ático tiene dos plantas del tamaño adecuado. en la planta baja tiene una piscina privada. las instalaciones del proyecto son excelentes, incluyendo recepción, spa, restaurante, sala de juegos para niños, gimnasio, casa club, etc. excelente ubicación en layan hill rodeada de árboles con vista al mar y las montañas, apta para personas amantes de la naturaleza y la paz.

a new elegant villa in choeng thale with a private pool. large bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. it has a good security service system and located in a prime area, very secure. the villa location is surrounded by many tourist attractions and amenities such as layan beach, phuket fantasea, choeng thale boat avenue, and phuket international airport with convenient travel. i enjoyed myself and relaxed comfortably. so, it's worth it if anyone likes a quiet place to stay. personally, recommended here at avadina hills !!
