este es un interesante proyecto de villa hecho a pedido porque está ubicado en una colina con vista al mar de lamai beach (también tiene unidades de apartamentos). el lugar es tranquilo y privado. hay atracciones turísticas, centros comerciales y mercados de productos frescos en las cercanías. solo se construirán 24 unidades como parte del proyecto, lo que no es excesivo, apto para vivir después de la jubilación o las vacaciones. he revisado la unidad de 3 dormitorios. el proyecto tiene un diseño moderno. hay una piscina privada y paquetes de muebles si quieres decorar por ti mismo. creo que lo compraré para mi jubilación en unos años. this project is under construction. as i can see, the house has 2-3 bedroom villa with a private pool. there is a lot of outdoor space around the house. the project offered a deal at a reasonable price. its location is in the maret area, which is quiet and surrounded by trees, suitable for living. convenient to travel. i used to rent a single house in this project for 3 months, and it is very close to nature as a coconut garden is surrounding it. the house is fully furnished. the western kitchen has everything except an oven. my 1-bedroom unit is spacious. in terms of travel, it is ok. the project is conveniently located in soi pracharak phatthana. the road may be a little narrow; for women, i recommend to travel by car, much safer. this area is considered quite okay, surrounded by many villas and residences. it is only about 1 kilometer from tesco lotus and not far from lamai beach. the project is under construction; it is a 1-story villa with only one car parking space. i think it is enough for us because most of the residents bought it as a vacation home. i think it will be very beautiful and luxurious when it is completed. even in the area around here, i think it's worth the investment !! i am very impressed by the modern design and minimalist interior because it's beautiful no matter which angle you take, combined with its location surrounded by nature, both trees and mountains. you can also see the sea view from the balcony of the villa. additionally, every villa in the project has its private swimming pool where you can organize a small party or sunbathe at your convenience. for the atmosphere, i give it 5 stars because the atmosphere is great. there is privacy, peace, and also shade. it is very suitable for rest, but shops and restaurants may have to walk a bit far, but not difficult to find. this project is only 5 km away from lamai beach; it is not very far for driving.
