visitó las unidades de exhibición. villas enormes a buen precio, enorme salón/comedor de concepto abierto en las villas grandes. a pocos minutos de choeng mon y thongson bay (algunas de las mejores playas de samui) y un viaje rápido al aeropuerto. debería ser un gran avance cuando esté terminado. i'm searching for a villa in samui for my family on google, and i'm interested in this project's made-to-order houses. they have 2 types of homes. the first type of villa offers a beautiful view of the sea, the mountains, and the sunset. the second type has direct access to the landscaped gardens. each type of villa has 3-4 spacious bedrooms, divides the area into the right proportion, and many high-quality built-in furniture are provided. all villas come with a beautiful private swimming pool and sunbed that everyone can enjoy. the common area also has a garden for relaxation. i think the price is reasonable. the location is convenient for traveling near choeng mon beach. this project's owner is quite experienced in many projects, so we have a certain level of trust. i talked to the salesperson, and she gave me useful information. however, i will have to discuss with my father first if he wants to visit the property before we proceed with the contract for the construction. the villa here is not far from choeng mon beach; it is only 5-10 minutes drive. i must say it is really awesome, comprising a large and clean swimming pool. the villa that my family and i stayed in was a 3 bedroom type and was quite spacious, suitable as a vacation home and a place for vacation. there are also 24-hour security guards here. the townhouses here are in a modern style that blends perfectly with an asian touch. so, the house looks interesting with small gimmicks added. there is also an appropriate proportion of the area. inside the house, it looks spacious and tidy. overall, i like it. i rent this house for only a few months, but i am impressed. the downside of living in a townhouse is privacy because our house is attached to other houses and has a glass door. although we added the curtains, we don't shut them the whole day, so the outsiders can look into the house. as for the common area, it's complete and well maintained. as it's new, it is still in good condition. if anyone is interested in the project, you can get to the project by car. it is only 10 minutes away from chaweng beach, not too far. tuve la oportunidad de ver una galería del proyecto horizon villas en koh samui. quiero decir que la ubicación del proyecto está bien ubicada en una colina con vistas despejadas al mar. un jardín verde rodea el área detrás de la villa y lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio. creo que será un lugar ideal para unas vacaciones. personalmente, el edificio de la villa se ve muy moderno. es un estilo moderno que ofrece una piscina, un área para tomar el sol, estacionamiento privado y un jardín frente a la villa. satisface las necesidades de las personas que quieren relajarse mucho con la naturaleza. my family and i stayed here during the holidays. i am very impressed as the villa is suitable for relaxing and very private. i wasn't disturbed by the traffic at all. next to the villa is a coconut tree garden so i can enjoy the lovely view. the staff and the security system are great, and if you bring the kids here, you don't need to worry about their safety. the common area is very clean; they have excellent maintenance! our 3-bedroom villas are spacious with high-quality furniture and appliances. the swimming pool is a favorite spot for my son; he swam almost all day. the rental price is worth what you get. the location is good, close to shops and restaurants. you can get there in a few minute's drive. it's also less than 5 minutes to plai laem beach. if anyone is looking for the right vacation home, i recommend this place. i bought a 3-bedroom villa here for investment and vacation. i must say that the pool in the villa is very long. when i open the glass door from every room, it is a swimming pool and a seating area that my family and i usually spend time together. plus, our villa attracts many customers. they return for a vacation continuously. it is an excellent value for investment. the project's staff takes care of us nicely, and there are other facilities available as well. also, the project's location is very close to choeng mon beach, so we can walk comfortably to the beach and swim there. also, chaweng beach is not far, just 10 minutes by car.
