es un proyecto de casa nueva, que brinda un ambiente de sombra debido a la abundancia de árboles. también hay una gran área común con un parque, un parque infantil, una piscina y un gimnasio. en general, es pacífico y hay un sistema de seguridad seguro. para los visitantes, las tarjetas de acceso y salida deben intercambiarse regularmente. la decoración y el diseño de mi casa son estándar. está bien diseñado, hay cuatro habitaciones que tienen un tamaño bastante bueno. y la ubicación es excelente ya que tiene un pequeño centro comercial comunitario con tiendas y restaurantes frente al proyecto. además, llegar a los lugares cercanos es en solo unos minutos, ¡excelente relación calidad-precio!

a new house project that is both modern and livable has recently been completed. the surroundings are very private and shady. furthermore, because the project only has 6-units, there aren't many neighbors, so it is also possible to get to know each other. there is some quality furniture inside the house which is worth the price. the street in front of the house is quite broad. i'm impressed by the location because it is close to the city, also close to the market, tesco lotus, and the hospital, which is very convenient.

my old house, which i used to invest in, has now been released for other owners. this location is perfect. it is a neighborhood with a lot of chinese restaurants located on the main road. also, it is simple to travel anywhere, less than 5 kilometers from promenada chiang mai shopping mall. the commercial building is a four-story building with three bedrooms that is quite spacious inside. in terms of parking, i can say that it is very convenient. there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. the neighbors are welcoming.

el proyecto está al lado de la carretera principal, fácil de encontrar y cerca de la comunidad local. el ambiente es tranquilo y sin aglomeraciones. los precios de las casas son razonables. mi casa es una casa unifamiliar de dos plantas con patio alrededor y estacionamiento para dos autos. el diseño de la casa es único. el personal es excelente y servicial, lo que puede resolver los problemas rápidamente. desafortunadamente, no hay una casa club en este proyecto y la piscina o el gimnasio.

my brother bought this house as our family home vacation because we enjoy visiting chiang mai. the main reason for choosing this project is that it has only 9 units, providing privacy in a nice atmosphere, and it's not far from the golf course in which my brother loves playing golf. the modern house may look contrasting to the natural atmosphere around the project, but i think it's the perfect combination. my brother decided to buy the house with the largest land area because we need a garden area for family outdoor activities. the house's interior is beautifully designed, spacious, open, and well-proportioned into various zones. moreover, there are restaurants, tourist attractions, department stores, hospitals, etc., and getting to mueang chiang mai is also not difficult; it takes only 10 minutes.

me enamoré de este lugar de nuevo. es tranquilo y sombreado, especialmente durante el invierno. es tan refrescante el pueblo tiene un gran parque, así como una piscina y un gimnasio. la casa tiene dos plantas, tres dormitorios y tres baños. hay una zona verde que rodea la casa, con aparcamiento privado. los vecinos son encantadores y amables. los guardias de seguridad cuidan bien a los residentes. la ubicación es excelente, justo en la carretera principal, se tarda unos 10 minutos en llegar a promenada chiang mai. ¡recomendar!

i went to many projects in the san kamphaeng area and saw many sample houses, but i finally like this project. the house plan of this project is beautiful with a large area. there are yard and plants around the house and the car parking. the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the new and modern decoration as it's just been completed. the project offers air-conditioners in every bedroom and living room. anyway, the selling price doesn't include furniture. besides, this project has only 9 units. opposite the project is rice fields, suitable for people who love nature and privacy.

my father has a business in chiang mai, so our family often visits the province and starts thinking of having a vacation home for our family members. this villa is an answer as it has 3 bedrooms with parking space and an indoor pool. i like it very much! the surrounding atmosphere is quiet. neighbors here are both thai and foreign. most of them bought this house as a vacation home as well. going in and out of town is not difficult, and going to the airport takes half an hour. very nice!

the project has a beautiful modern house design and a high level of security. you will be safe with 24-hours security guards. in terms of location, it is private and quiet. it is also easy to travel to the city because it is not far from the main road, only about 10 minutes to travel to central chiangmai and the fresh market. i bought a large house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms because my family has 6 people, both young children and the elderly. so i'd like a place that's quite large. it's very good living in the house. there is plenty of space, beautifully designed and well-organized. i was impressed indeed.

acabo de hacer un contrato para reservar una casa de 2 habitaciones en este pueblo que está programada para ser terminada a principios del próximo año. se trata de un proyecto de vivienda unifamiliar de estilo moderno. el interior tiene techos altos, lo que le da un espacio abierto y divide perfectamente el espacio en proporciones. también hay un jardín en frente de la casa decorado con varios tipos de árboles. el área común tiene una amplia variedad de instalaciones, como la piscina, el gimnasio y los jardines alrededor del pueblo. el pueblo está ubicado en la carretera principal, lo que hace que viajar sea cómodo y de fácil acceso a los grandes almacenes centrales, tiendas, restaurantes y atracciones turísticas. este pueblo es considerado como uno de los pueblos propicios para la vida y la vida cotidiana también. creo que esta casa elevará mi calidad de vida cuando me mude.
