it is a luxurious 5 bedroom detached house. the exterior color looks cool, and the interior space is well-designed. it's spacious and well ventilated. i really like the living room because it has a high ceiling. i feel relaxed and comfortable when looking out of the window and seeing the surrounding pool. though the project doesn't have a management team, it's not a concern for me because i am confident in the home security system. in addition, the project is located near the main road and close to emquartier, central eastville, and suvarnabhumi airport.

mi condominio de 2 habitaciones es espacioso y está decorado con muebles de calidad que lucen lujosos y perfectos. las áreas comunes también son muy útiles, especialmente en la casa club, diseñada como una cafetería moderna. dentro de la casa club, hay gimnasios, salas de práctica de boxeo, rincones de trabajo y salones. en cuanto a la piscina, está frente a la casa club. el área del proyecto también cuenta con tiendas, restaurantes y grandes almacenes famosos, como centralplaza lat phrao, un centro comercial que a la gente le gusta visitar. pronto, la línea amarilla del mrt estará disponible y se operará la estación del mrt chokchai 4, que también se encuentra a poca distancia del proyecto.

me he alojado y me encanta porque el área cerrada da una sensación de privacidad y el área de la casa está perfectamente proporcionada. el salón y el comedor están diseñados con vistas a la piscina. aparte de eso, me gusta la piscina con un área grande que puede poner la mesa de comedor para parrillas y organizar una fiesta junto a la piscina. dentro de la casa, hay dos cocinas que son europeas y tailandesas. la despensa europea permite cocinar fácilmente, pero no la recomiendo porque el olor a comida perturbará el área de la casa. cuando quiero cocinar, suelo usar la cocina tailandesa porque hay una puerta que se puede cerrar al cocinar, reduciendo y evitando que el olor y el humo se cocinen. el segundo piso será el dormitorio principal con baño, walk-in closet empotrado, cine en casa y una sala familiar donde siempre pasamos tiempo juntos. por la ubicación, se considera buena y el acceso a muchas comodidades como central park, central festival east ville, lo que me facilita la vida. en general, estoy satisfecho con esta casa.

i have a chance to view the house in the wang thonglang area. it's a private project with 8 units of a super-luxurious 3-story house, and comes with a modern and convenient function for residents. this project is suitable for anyone passionate about privacy, and i highly recommend it. the house is also decorated with world-class furniture from a well-known brand, including a private elevator, swimming pool, rooftop garden, and a sky bar to enrich your empire to perfection. the project location is perfect and close to the ramintra - at narong expressway and cultural center of thailand mrt station. there are also famous shopping malls in this area, educational institutes, and hospitals that can serve the residents' needs very well.

this project is attractive due to its proximity to big c supercenter and centralfestival eastville. most importantly, it is conveniently located on lat phrao road. moreover, the project's surrounding area has a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. overall, i enjoy it! aside from its beautiful design, the house is spacious, with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a luxuriously decorated interior. it is fully furnished, making it ideal for living with a large family. however, the project's highlight is the in-house facilities located in the center of the house, with the private pool on the top floor overlooking a beautiful garden view. it is a very spacious house with a full set of facilities for me. i'm completely impressed!

tenía razón al elegir comprar esta casa porque esta casa es adecuada para todos en mi familia, de todas las edades. mi casa es tipo hudson, consta de 5 habitaciones y 7 baños. la decoración es moderna y elegante. en cuanto a la sala de estar, el techo alto le da un aspecto abierto y aireado. lo que es especialmente especial es que la casa cuenta con un ascensor privado, que no preocupa a todas las familias con personas mayores. en cuanto a las instalaciones del proyecto, se considera habitual no aportar nada especial. no hay casa club ni gimnasio, pero entiendo porque todo está listo en la casa. creo que está bien en términos de ubicación, cerca de la entrada a la autopista ramindra-at narong, fácil de llegar a todas partes. hay los grandes almacenes central festival eastville en el pueblo de los alrededores, donde no es necesario conducir cuando se quiere ir de compras. en general, estoy encantado con este lugar.

i bought a 3-bedroom house here. i like the elegant and modern design. inside the house, the living area is spacious. the ceilings are high, giving a sense of openness and airiness. the weather is also comfortable. in addition, the project also chooses quality furniture to decorate and focuses on green areas, making the project site filled with a lot of trees. for the facilities, there will be a swimming pool and a fitness center as same as other general projects. however, the project location is quite far from public transport. traveling is not very convenient, but there will be the arrival of bts in the future. the nearest bts station is the ramkhamhaeng bts. the project is located not far from the mall bangkapi, allowing me to buy food easily.

i have a personal business on real estate through the website, and i currently want to expand my office because of the growing number of employees, almost 50 people. i decided to buy this project and chose the president (s) house design. it is large and suitable for the employees. as for the 5th floor, i am pleased to make it a residence because it is styled like a penthouse with a private lift. my family and i love the location because it is easy and convenient to get everywhere, and you use either a private car or public transport. we rarely go outside as many nearby shopping malls are surrounded. my maid loves it so much because she can easily buy something. oops, i forgot that there are not many project facilities because it is a home office. only guards are on duty, cctv installed, and gardens for leisure. i think it is ideal for a small home office and living, no need to go somewhere far away and spend your time with my family. i am impressed and love it here and highly recommend it for those who want to work at home.
