it’s a new condominium project, perfect for both location and construction materials, and complete facilities, such as a large fitness center and security system that meets the residents’ needs. it is also close to a main road that is convenient for traveling by personal car and the blue line mrt which is easily accessible in only a few steps away. it is also near the shopping malls and fresh food markets. this project offers a spacious area with a balcony, which suits 2 people at a reasonable price when compared to other projects.

it’s a luxury condominium on the thon buri side next to phetkasem 48 mrt and close to the pier. it is also convenient to travel to the city by car and is within 10 minutes' drive to seacon bang khae and the mall bangkae. i like the modern design of the building, from the lobby to the room, which is decorated with standard materials and is complete with built-in furniture. the air circulation system makes the airflow better. there are also facilities including a swimming pool, a fitness center, a meeting room, and a garden. it's a shame that the fitness center is too small for the condo that has over 600 units.

i work in the sathorn area and because of the high cost of living in the area, buying a house is extremely difficult. until last year, i came across this project that is not too far from the sathorn area. i liked it when i first saw it. this townhome project is ideal for my lifestyle because it is energy-efficient, airy, and filled with natural light. the common area is impressive with a wide range of services. the safety here is excellent. there is an anti-theft alarm that can alert the mobile phone, and entering and exiting the project is operated by the easy pass system. it's also not far from bang khae mrt station, making it extremely convenient.

i bought this 3-bedroom townhome with a total area of more than 40 square meters. with many shady areas, i want to plant trees next to the house. for this house, i intend to renovate it to be a home office, so i can do stock trading and be chilling sipping tea. i have a spacious office that is suitable for stock trading. my life can’t be boring anymore. i intended to buy it for raising children as well. i like it here because the project provides quite high privacy. on weekends, my girlfriend and i love shopping and walking around the seacon bang khae, where many restaurants exist. traveling with private cars and public transportation, such as mrt and bts, is very convenient. for my family and i, it is quite easy to access the city without facing traffic jams. one more thing, the project sells out very quickly. i recommend it to anyone looking for a house and a workplace. plus, the price is reasonable as well.

en primer lugar, los recepcionistas son bienvenidos y el vestíbulo es elegante, lujosamente decorado y moderno. he estado alquilando este condominio de 3 habitaciones durante 3 meses con mi bebé. está decorado en un tono sencillo-lujoso y amueblado con muebles de primera calidad, muy estilosos y acordes a nuestras necesidades. las instalaciones también son completas, incluido el gimnasio, la piscina y los estacionamientos para todos los residentes. también es de fácil acceso para llegar a todos los destinos, ya que está cerca de phetkasem mrt, o incluso puede usar el servicio de taxi según sus necesidades, lo cual es muy conveniente.

i live here because my friend recommended it, and the location of the condo is close to my workplace. therefore, it is very convenient for me. the first time i saw it, i liked the detail in the room's decoration. plus, the room is spacious, not uncomfortable and well furnished. besides, the project also has complete common areas, such as the swimming pool, the fitness center, and many others. traveling is convenient. it's near many roads, surrounded by several landmarks and amenities. i think this place is suitable for living.

es un excelente condominio a un precio asequible. he reservado una unidad de 1 dormitorio aquí y me siento muy emocionado. la habitación es muy bonita y tiene exactamente el tamaño que yo quiero. el espacio y la distribución están perfectamente divididos. los muebles se seleccionan para que coincidan con el diseño y el color de la habitación. también me encantan las instalaciones que brinda el proyecto, tiene más de 25 tipos de instalaciones, incluido el gran espacio verde y el muelle, ¡qué fantástico! viajar también es conveniente en automóvil privado y transporte público porque este proyecto está al lado de petchkasem road y cerca de phasi charoen mrt, a solo 3 minutos a pie. además, este lugar también está cerca de hospitales, centros comerciales, escuelas, etc. creo que es la inversión que más vale la pena.

lamento mudarme aquí. he vivido en el condominio durante dos años y me siento cómodo como en casa. tengo excelentes recuerdos de este proyecto, ya sea por el mejor servicio, el buen equipo de gestión o el precio razonable. además, la ubicación está en el corazón de todas las comodidades. además, la estación de mrt lak song está a solo unos pasos de distancia. puedo asegurar que es fácil viajar a cualquier lugar y no necesito un automóvil personal en absoluto.

i just moved into my 1 bedroom condo last year. my room's interior is spacious and fully furnished. the project also provides a high level of privacy and security because there is a private elevator and 24-hour security guards as well. further, there are 3 different green spaces. in addition, the project is located near bang wa mrt and bang wa bts within a few minutes' walking distance, also, not far from seacon bang khae shopping mall that you can reach within 6 minutes by car.

i have stayed here for years. it's a large project with over 700 residential units. the structure has been delayed over time, but it doesn't mean that the interior would be old and outdated. actually, it's beyond my expectation as the room is very spacious with fully furnished. there are 2 types of room available: starting from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms. also, the project is located next to wutthakat bts and bang khae mrt stations. at the same time, there are several public bus lines, very suitable for urban lifestyles with traffic jams. the common area includes many amenities, and the condo is surrounded by 7-eleven, seacon bangkae, bang khae market, tesco lotus, etc.
