i've lived here for over 2 years. it's a very luxurious condo. the room i live in is a penthouse with 4 bedrooms. i wanted my mother and sister to stay with me, so i decided to buy this room. the decoration of the room is very beautiful. the furniture looks classy. in addition, the project is near ratchadamri mrt, allowing me to go anywhere more conveniently. and it is near central world and siam paragon as well.

este condominio es un condominio de baja altura. sin embargo, la ubicación es excelente. el condominio está ubicado al final del callejón. puede caminar hasta la estación bts de ploenchit por un minuto, y también hay tiendas departamentales famosas como central chidlom cerca a las que también puede caminar. si usa un automóvil privado, puede ser un poco difícil porque la mayoría de los callejones son de un solo sentido, pero está cerca de la autopista. para el proyecto, el diseño es muy moderno. la habitación dispone de un sistema de domótica. además, hay muchos tipos de habitaciones para elegir, con un área útil que oscila entre 36 y 134 metros cuadrados. además, el área común está disponible como condominio estándar.

last week, my mom and i visited this development as our condo contract is about to expire, and we're looking for a new one. the day i went there with my mom, we looked at the duplex 3 bedrooms show unit, and mom was so happy because the room had a spacious area, comfortable and overlooked the stunning views from the mirror walls. for the common area, it is full of facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, and sauna. also, what is so amazing is it's close to the emporium, emquater, and the bts skytrain!

i stayed in the unit for almost two years and i love it every second of it. situated in one of the iconic soi of bangkok, one of the leaviest soi i must say in bangkok, just steps away from an amazing supermarket and shopping center with access to international food and groceries. the owner is very well accommodating and communicative and paying attention to our needs while staying there. it has very clean pool, tennis court and cute gym and boxing / pilates studio. cant expect more.

living at somkid gardens was an unforgettable experience. the location is unmatched, the facilities are rare on the market in such a central area (huge pool, bit tennis court, basketball court, garden...). but most of all, the atmosphere is unique. building and facilities are stylish by their simplicity. being known as the best building in town for decades, without aging, this property has demonstrated the quality of its management, which is the first thing one has to consider before buying or renting a property in bangkok. this is where i plan to retire one day, no doubt about it.

la ubicación del proyecto es perfecta. es la respuesta para las personas que quieren vivir en el centro de la ciudad. está rodeado de instalaciones convenientes, como centros comerciales, restaurantes y cafés, y es muy conveniente viajar tanto en automóvil privado como en bts, al que solo se puede llegar a pie en unos minutos. el proyecto es elegante y lujoso. los residentes tienen acceso completo a las áreas comunes aquí. y el sistema de seguridad es alto. se puede decir que vivir aquí es muy tranquilizador. el interior de la habitación está bien decorado y ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio. no me sorprende el precio que he pagado.

location, location, location ! just a short walk from all the goodies: 5 min to bts chitlom, 4 min to central chitlom / central embassy and its fantastic supermarket and restaurants.10 min to bumrungrad hospital, 20 min to lumpini park. the swimming pool is a quiet heaven and the garden an oasis of tranquillity in the heart of the city. perfect place to relax and still be in the middle of it all. the building, the lobby, and the garden are thoughtfully designed and lovingly maintained. i enjoy the place every time i come to visit.

food delivery point no food delivery staff must park behind the building and walk to the front to write the room number within 1 minute of writing. there should be a food delivery point. in front of the building for convenience in food delivery because when ordering food, food delivery personnel often don't take orders because they waste time walking even when parked in front of the building and can be placed, causing residents to order food many times. #please be considerate of residents and food delivery people.

el proyecto está ubicado en una excelente ubicación en el área de ploenchit, cerca del parque lumpini y también cerca de ratchadamri bts. es el edificio más lujoso y cuenta con instalaciones completas como jardín, piscina, biblioteca y salón de recepción. el interior de la habitación es grandioso y también cuenta con muebles decentes. el proyecto se encuentra actualmente en construcción, pero se puede visitar la sala de muestras. el vendedor también ofrece un excelente servicio. estoy muy impresionado con el servicio desde el primer paso.

la primera razón por la que compré el condominio aquí es porque me enamoré de la maravillosa y ventosa vista de la azotea con una vista de 360 grados de bangkok. las instalaciones en el área común son nuevas, limpias y modernas. además, hay una zona verde exuberante que rodea el proyecto. en la habitación, está bellamente decorada y es tan lujosa como muchos condominios cercanos. aparte de eso, el proyecto utiliza un sistema de hogar inteligente para controlar todo a través del teléfono móvil. la ubicación también es excelente, perfecta para invertir porque se encuentra en el área de negocios, sin embargo, el personal brinda un excelente servicio, cuida bien a los residentes y es encantador.
