i've been here for 2 years now. it's a 3-bedroom detached house with a spacious living room decorated with premium-grade furniture. i really like the sports club, especially the large swimming pool and the fully-equipped gym. another good thing is that the project is not far from central eastville and nawaminthrachinuthit bodindecha school, where my child studies.

no estoy decepcionado al elegir este proyecto. la razón principal detrás de mi decisión es el precio asequible. es posible que el condominio en sí no parezca lujoso, pero aun así cumple con el estándar, en línea con el precio. solo hay un tipo de habitación y el tamaño no es muy amplio pero está bien distribuido. la habitación está parcialmente amueblada pero con una partición. así que lo compré yo mismo, temiendo que los olores de la comida pudieran resultar molestos. el balcón no es muy amplio, pero también se puede colocar una lavadora con el sistema de agua y la toma de corriente instalada. el ambiente que rodea el proyecto también es muy sombrío, con tres zonas repartidas en el jardín. me gusta mucho. sin embargo, el aparcamiento es bastante pequeño y nos preocupa que sea insuficiente para los residentes. en general, si lo comparamos con el precio, se considera que merece la pena.

this residence is positioned on the ramintra-ramnarong expressway. along the way, there are numerous amenities and lifestyle centers, including centralfestival eastville and tesco lotus. the house i bought was a two-story house with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. the living areas are well-allocated and connected to various parts of the house. the bathroom and working room are located on the left side of the house. there is a staircase up to the upper floor, opposite the bathroom and working room, to the hall and spacious bedrooms with a walk-in closet. there is also a jacuzzi, which is very relaxing. also, staying here is convenient in terms of travel, living, and friendly neighbors. it is worthwhile to use the facilities, including a large clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and lush green garden ideal for kids to play and run in every evening. this house is complete.

i moved to stay at casa city ladprao with my family many years ago. it is a quality townhome project in the bang kapi area, complete with project facilities, provides pleasant ambiance, and is surrounded by a quality community. the project has been designed beautifully, which is very pleasant to live in. we bought a townhome with 3 bedrooms, spacious living area which is very comfortable. it comprises the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and dining area. i trust in this project because the management system is relatively excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. the neighbors are also cute. moreover, its location is conveniently located because it connects to the main road and links to various nearby amenities, including convenience stores, restaurants, hospitals, and numerous popular shopping complexes like the mall bangkapi and fashion island.

este condominio atrajo mi interés debido a su excelente ubicación, a poca distancia del mall bangkapi. además, pronto estará en funcionamiento una línea bts light yellow line cerca del condominio. debería hacer la vida mucho más fácil. compré una unidad de 1 dormitorio. la habitación es adecuada para estar solo, y está decorada y proporcionada con buen gusto. las zonas comunes, sin embargo, son mejorables, así como la falta de plazas de aparcamiento. creo que es adecuado para personas que no están preocupadas por usar las áreas comunes.

i have lived in bangkok for many years, and i decided to buy a house to start a family life. many people recommend this project, and when i visited this project, i loved it so much. so, i bought a 2-bedroom unit at a very affordable price. the project is conveniently located in many aspects: traveling, close to shopping malls, schools, and hospitals. i love the large pool here and the guards who are always responsible and ensure safety. more importantly, the project atmosphere is shady and close to nature, where many plants provide shade. as for the project road, it is also wide, and the cars can pass easily. it is said that there will be a yellow line skytrain passing through the project in the future. i would highly recommend this project to anyone interested in houses in the lat phrao area, and i guarantee that you won't be disappointed.
