the project location is really affected to my decision because i’m sure there is provide me a convenient life as living in urban and still have relaxing space such as laguna lake. for public transportation is convenient, there is just 2-minute walk to the bus stop and convenient for driving as well. fifth avenue place apartment is in a wonderful location. bgc is comfortable location to go to work, to find amazing food to eat such as japanese, french, vietnamese food for my pallet to travel the world. fifth avenue place apartment one-bedroom is rustic, traditional, yet modern and semi-luxury. the floors are wooden title floors which is similar to how asian houses look. one-bedroom apartment is quite spacious, and whats worth the money is the view of metro manila skyline, manila golf club, and if the weather is good, even the view of manila bay. a very comfortable location in buzzing manila. the fort residences apartment is just luxury and modern. a 1-bedroom loft apartment is modern, spacious, and beautiful. the living room area in the apartment is huge and so spacious, as i have my work table, then my rest table, and the crouch area to watch tv. the dining area is a bit small, but the design made it up with a large bedroom space with more working table that i like. for someone single it is perfect and my workplace is just 4 minutes away. bgc area is modern, trendy, with lots of food and cafes in the area. high street south block is the perfect location of urbanite whom enjoy the city lifestyle. a 2-bedroom apartment in high street south block is spacious, modern, white marble, and with long glass windows to enjoy manila skyline. the apartment at high street south block in the city but also very private, but is close by to business hubs and commercial hubs in manila. mckinley park residences apartment is in the best location possible in metro manila. everything i mean everything can be reach by walking distance which is also a good exercise for me. a 2-loft style bedroom is spacious, airy, and lots of natural light. the titles are all wooden, brown color, and has a rustic feel to the apartment. living room and dining room downstairs are all combines to one big room. the upstairs master bedroom is huge with my small working station and downstairs is my girlfriend working station (which is bigger). but anyway, the location of mckinley park residences apartment is worth the money. verawood residences is a very comfortable apartment and place to stay at manila. the area is very peaceful and quiet. a 2-bedoom apartment is great size for a small family. the living area and dining area is big to move around and have a small kid’s room and keep toys. the amenities in verawood residences apartment are beautiful and makes it seem i am on holiday everyday i and my children come back home. it is so re-freshened. the location of lakeview manors is great due to it is located near the main road. with full facilities, this apartment is an ideal apartment for small family and there is also a bar on the ground floor. the room is small and cozy, it is suitable for every small family. the staffs are so nice and helpful, which is make me feel comfortable here. a very spacious 2-bedroom apartment at ivory wood. the apartment is quite modern but the living area is huge. for a small family like mine is perfect. a big dining table for aa family dinner, a big kitchen with gas to make deliciously asian cuisine. the place is very airy and seems like you are going on a holiday. a great and calming apartment where everyone is very friendly. the place to be for family’s preference for a laid-back lifestyle away the busy city of metro manila.
