the location of golf heights apartment is amazing. right in the middle of the city lifestyle. nearby dubai marina and palm jumeirah to go and have fun. to business bay to work is a cool 11 minutes drive. the model apartmetns looks very spacious with white titles, and walk-in closet. the balcony you see the view of the beauitufl golf course and palm jumeirah as well. a 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a single person like me looking to live a comfortable life in dubai.

emaar south expo villas 6 es un gran desarrollo de uno de los mejores promotores inmobiliarios de dubái. vivo en dubái desde hace 7 años y mi antiguo apartamento también era de emaar. ahora con una familia, con villas a un precio razonable en una excelente ubicación para dubai. la villa de 3 dormitorios es espaciosa, muy moderna, con muebles agradables, pero la mejor parte es lo aireadas y acogedoras que son las villas. rodeado de paisajes verdes y un campo de golf donde puedo enseñar a mis hijos. excelentes comodidades también. pero el punto de venta sigue siendo la hermosa villa blanca con jardín, una bonita cocina y una gran sala de estar en dubai.

al arta is in the greens which is a good community for living with family. it is surrounded by premium facilities, like shopping centers, university, school, as well as a workout area. this neighborhood is ideal for any family, because many facilities such as basketball court, bbq area, gym, and walking and cycling track are available. this is a nice place to enjoy the outdoor activities and relax my mind. moreover, it also close adjacent to many business centra such as dubai marina, dubai media city.

golf villas in my perception is a gated neighborhood of well-kept modern villas. it is a gated private neighborhood in the views where foreigners can purchase real estate. the interesting point of this project is friendly and comfortable environment where’s perfect for living with family. these could be functional as well because the project’s nearby many facilities in a variety of industries.

as the name suggested, golf tower 2 is pretty much a golf person paradise. a two-bedroom apartment with my family is just amazing. very spacious a big combine living and dining area. where as a family dinner while cooking we are always together. a beautiful view of emirates hill golf club from one side of the apartment. the other side is a view of dubai skyline and the views canal. the bedrooms are huge as well with a master bedroom a small study station. schools are nearby and the kids walk back home and go to parks and the basketball court. to go golfing at emirates hill is a short walk away. amazing, beautiful a golf paradise.

al alka is one of the lively buildings with the fresh greens atmosphere. it is very well-maintained, extremely helpful management with a cozy green area. living in al alka is suitable for those who fancy living closer to nature. there are large green landscaped areas and a small lake within the community which gives the overall refreshing vibe for me. it is an area where everything is easily accessible regardless of public transport. well-connected to the major road and airport as well. recommended!

tanaro provides stunning views of the emirates golf course and the views and greens waterway. there are many modes of transportation available. the dubai marina mall is not far away and is a must-see attraction. in my spare time, i enjoy spending time here. i live in a two-bedroom apartment. it's really comfortable and filled with natural light. it's also cozy, modern, and spacious.

vivir en mosela waterside residences es conveniente. está cerca de tiendas, estaciones de metro y restaurantes. el emirates golf club se encuentra a 7 minutos en coche de mosela y se encuentra cerca de la estación de metro de nakheel. es un hermoso campo de golf y disfruto jugando allí. la playa tampoco está tan lejos. los supermercados están cerca y no tengo que ir muy lejos para comprar lo que necesito. el edificio es agradable y la unidad de dos habitaciones es espaciosa. el precio se justifica con la ubicación y lo que el área tiene para ofrecer.

1-bedroom unit at the links canal apartments is very comfortable to live in. it’s got very homey vibes to it as well as being spacious for a 1-bedroom. there are a few restaurants and cafes within a short distance. also a golf course is just around the corner, and i like to spend my time here with friends.

golf villas is a great community to live in with the family. the modern villas are great and the community is great as well. there are quite a few foreigners living here since it’s freehold. it provides communal parks, numerous green spaces, and shared amenities such as pools, gardens, and children's play places. residents will feel right at home here. the unit is very spacious, modern and luxury. regent international school is only a few minutes' drive away where my kids attend school. we get to have pets here which is fantastic.
