this is one of the lively residences in the calm environment. at lake city tower, it is a modern interior with a wide grand lobby area. the building is highly outstanding. i like to admire the beautiful views of the lake at the rooftop while swimming. the gym is nice equipment but small. staff are helpful and nice. from the building, it is easy to go to other places because it is near the jlt metro station and easy to drive to the city by using sheikh zayed road. so, i gladly recommended! marina residence tower a is in a fantastic location and provides residents with a wide selection of amenities. the apartment has a large bedroom and is close to a number of well-known restaurants. the building itself has everything i need every day, which makes my life easier when i don't have a lot of time. it's a fantastic place to live since it blends a tranquil setting with a luxurious lifestyle. the only problem i have is that because of its excellent position, it can get somewhat crowded. marina residence tower b is located at an ideal location and offers a wide range of facilities to its residents. the unit offers a spacious bedroom and multiple famous eateries nearby. the building itself has the necessities each day, making my life easier when i don’t have much time. it’s a great place to live in as it combines a peaceful environment with a luxury lifestyle. the only complaint have is it does get busy since of the prime location.
