nothing is impossible here in dubai. the villas is beuatifully design with amazing features. i mean a bedroom in the first floor which is spacious. living area in the second floor with a very very beautiful view of dubai, and all the green surrounding. in a calm and quiet location for me and family to enjoy a great time together. however a bit far from the city, so you would need a private car to go to work places or most of dubai amenties. but damac hills is amazing for families to live together and enjoy together in a very beautiful design villa. can not say how beautiful it is.

he estado dentro y fuera de dubai por trabajo, ocio con familias y solo muy a menudo. siempre quise invertir en bienes raíces en dubái ya que el mercado tiene un bajo rendimiento y los nuevos lanzamientos tienen un precio y un pago muy decentes. finalmente, con los agentes de fazwaz, encontré una excelente casa de vacaciones. como en canadá puede hacer mucho frío, dubái es perfecto para largas vacaciones cuando nuestros hijos se toman un descanso de la escuela. la villa modelo de 5 dormitorios es muy moderna, espaciosa y tiene un toque rústico. similar a canadá, mi primera casa, como si la casa estuviera sobre las montañas. el espacio del jardín privado es increíble para que mis familias corran, en el verde. para la inversión es excelente obtener rendimiento de alquiler y el precio es mucho más asequible que en canadá. el inconveniente es que necesitaría un automóvil privado para ingresar a la ciudad y los edificios icónicos de dubai. sin embargo, la casa es perfecta para pasar tiempo de calidad en familia.

para los golfistas, el apartamento viridis dubai es el lugar ideal con una gran oportunidad de inversión. estuve buscando una gran inversión en bienes raíces en dubái y encontré una excelente ubicación en el apartamento de viridis en dubái. el acceso directo al club de golf damac hills y a varios otros clubes de golf en el área es increíble. un apartamento de 1 dormitorio es alto, con ventanas de vidrio del piso al techo para ver el paisaje verde de dubái y los campos de golf también. el apartamento tiene una bonita zona de cocina, con un amplio balcón para tomar un café. dubái, como región de los eau, es un paraíso para los golfistas. gran oportunidad de inversión para un alto rendimiento de alquiler, ya que ahora el mundo está de vuelta viajando nuevamente.

cascade villas is a multi-purposed area with a variety of facility onside, but the importance of the project for me is location where’s in damac hill which is a reliable and livable project. especially, there’s close to the relaxing space which is lake wichita park. the project facility is proper and convenient public transportation as well

bahya villas is located in damac hill 2 and on point both in the professional part and travel part. the project has convenient transportation for sure and easy to access business or financial hubs such as dubai silicon oasis and dubai investment park less than 30 minutes driving. the project’s still close to tourist attractions such as qudra desert, the sevens stadium and طوي المره historical park. so, i think this tenant house and prime location is really worth it and it isn't difficult to make a decision.

for me, the project is interesting because of their location. for firstly, there is in damac hill 2 project and i this different from other by there’s conception which is fantastic because it close to many tourist attraction not only be a golf community, other resident and me is easy to travel to sahara by tour dubai and qudra desert. especially, inside the project has carrefour supermarket and dubai outlet mall as one of the facilities.

akoya for my first impression, i thought the project is full of cheerfully by their modernly design and vivid color both exterior and interior. for living here, this project provides me and other resident a simple convenient living, there’s variety of facility such as many types of leisure and convenience. these are suitable to family because of the project’s space and leisure but also on point for single and working person as well.

aurum villas in dubai is one of the best purchases i have made. been living in dubai for couple for years and aurum villas are modern, beautiful, and provide one of the best view of trump international golf club and dubai natural landscapes. an 4-bedroom villas is spacicous, comes with an private garden. got parking spaces, a family room on the 2nd floor. the first floor is perfect for living area and for the kids to have a play area. the masterbed room has a beautiful view of dubai skyline with an walk-in clsoet. when i travel around for work with the family, the villas provides a great rental yields as dubai have beautiful golf courses, and the aurum villas provide the best access to plenty of golf courses in the area.

for me, eterno villas is a desirable villa for sale in damac hill 2 and really worth the dubai investment. the project’s one of a kind by having a multi purpose top floor which could be designed to be home office, studio or home theater. i think that’s really practical and nice to invest in because there’s not only residents and facilities but also investment for the professional part or this could be claimed as a multi functional home with a variety of lifestyles available by facility in the surrounding area.
