flc residences is a very beautiful project in a very nice location. surrounded by the beach, with a cool breeze it’s a picturesque holiday home. vietnam is starting to get known for its beaches, and it’s a good place to rent as well for investment opportunities. flc residences samson units are very modern, and spacious. my kids have a small room to play for themselves. at the beach its so calming to go out and have a picnic together.

the project has a beautiful design and serene architect which has an ecofriendly. the location is near with the big c supercenter and supermarkets that so convenient for me. i just take a walk to the convenient store sometimes when i was very hungry at the night. i’m also appreciate with many utilities and fully equipped. with all the good things, this project is highly recommend, worth living, and worth for money.

i could say that this project is so wonderful which is near with the beach. the apartment can really help me to relief the stressful from a business long day. the swimming pool is also beautiful. they provide a good service through the security staffs and reception. everything is good that i will recommend for everyone who will travel to vietnam.

a 4-bedroom house is just perfect for me and 2 kids and wife too. the area does feel very european in the project, but as you get out for the home, it does feel like vietnam with motorbikes. i literally have everything i need close too me. international schools with uk education, check. hospitals and clinics with european technology, check. badminton court, tennis court, gym, park, jogging trails, all there, check. modern furniture’s, smart technology, 2 big living area, long glass windows, check. the area even provides a small canal to feel you can eat on the riverside. plus, bbq area on the weekends with my family. worth the money, all for one, and one for all, in vinhomes star city. it’s truly 5-star city.
